some people acutally cut electric tape to just the right size, and wrap ONE layer (so no overlap) on the inside of their barrels, making it kinda like a better fitting barel, or really ghetto detents (off of M.CarterBrown

wrapping your barrel will only make it heavier and louder , the holes in the barrel are there to silence it , whoever told you to wrap your barrel is a retard.

Not really, people wrap tape around their barrels if it's really humid/raining so water doesn't get in the barrel. Water in barrel = horrible accuracy

And tape doesn't weigh that much that you would be able to feel some on your barrel

and if you cover the holes on your barrel you will have to re-crono your gun because the CO2/COMPRESSED AIR isnt escapeing through the holes therfor making your gun shoot higher
