what is the best ion barrel for around $30 - $50. i am thinking of a j&j ceramic, is that good? btw its gonna be 14 inches, is that a good size or should i go 16? i personally think 16 would be too big but what do u think?

i hav an ion and i shoot a proto 2 piece 16 inch barrel
but J&j's are great
the size is up 2 u
btw the proto i think was around $70
