J&J on procarbine

i want to get a J&J ceramic for my pro carbine, will the J&J with a5 threads fit my p/c?

Im pretty sure A5's have Pro CArb threads.. Its like a twist lock. Not sure, I'm new to the tippmann world.

yeah it will work. they use the same threading. Sometimes you get a-5 barrels for procarbines and procarbines for a-5 it confuses me alot, why don't they jsut say a-5/procarbine

Some barrels made for the A5 are too thick on the rear half to fit into the forearm of the ProCarb . To use them , you would have to have one of the cutdown forearm " combat feeders " , or the powerfeed kit instead of the forearm .

All Carbine barrels will fit the A5 , but not all A5 barrels will fit on all Carbines .

no 98 and a5 are different threading. Unless you buy a adaptor. I am thinking about getting a a-5 2 sypder for my dragun. Then you can get 1 evil kit and my other barrel and my friends use crappy i use good.
