I say the pipe because its more accurate,looks cooler.Although its not that quiet.

pipe..cuz pipe doesnt have inserts, and when u chop with a freak..ur screwd..the pipe cleans itself out better than most barrels..PIPE gets my vote

I'd get the pipe, but there are a lot better kits you could be looking at. Look for a CP kit, best kits around and the base kit is pretty cheap. The Empire kit isn't too bad of a choice either. The 7 is the perfect price for a nice kit.

But, seeing how you have a Tippmann, I wouldn't buy a barrel kit. Wait until you get a mid end gun with cocker threads or other popular threads. With a Tippmann, when you sell it it the barrel won't go on another gun.

When I had a Tippmann I got a CP 1 piece for only 23 dollars, and I prefer it over my Freak that I have right now.

the part that says you>team pulse really fires me up. He ACTUALLY thinks that he can beat ANYONE on my team. Anyway after my flameing, the pipe kit is good but it has been known to have a weak front...im probably going to get a SS freak kit for my impulse....it's the same price as a pipe kit and it comes with the ss back and all the ss inserts...

I voted pipe because the freak sucks. But take it from someone who has a pipe. Don't get one! Especially new. If I were you I would go for a macdev matchstik, its the best kit for the price and has a special coating on the inside to make it very smooth and a high tolerance finish. The smoothness helps a lot in efficiency or using overbored paint.

edit- Theres a thin tip but it never bends or breaks.

Be quiet and admit the following:

1. Oakland Hellraisers > team pulse
2. The freak is a bad kit
3. So is pipe but the freak is worse
4. Macdev matchstiks are better than both those kits.

2. the freak does have some problems
3. The pipe has some problems
4. No clue about the macdev but i heard good things about the Redz pepperstickz and J&J kit.

**** dude, those kits are crap compared to macdev. Stiffis, CCM, ultralites, and empire kits > Pepper stickz. As for the J&J well I dunno about that but those are not the best kits out.

I think our team is gonna be getting a redz sponsorship or something so I'll tell you how they work if I ever get my hands on them. We also have empire so if someone ever gets a kit we can give you a review.

yeah our team is sponsored by redz...the stiffi kit is really good too where's the site for the macdev matchstik barrel kit?

edit: nm...the macdev is only cocker threaded though so it CAN be put against the pepperstick but not systems like the freak or pipe.
