2k4 ram works... mine dosent

ok well i gave my GZ to my friend to fix it and he put his 04 ram and ram cap on and the gun works, then he put my my ram(Gz) and ram cap on and it wont work... any suggestions as to why it would do this? when my ram is in the bolt doesnt move when trigger is pulled and the noid releases some air out of the top left side upon trigger pull...

any ideas?
