This sounds like a stupid question...but hear me out. My Dark Timmy won't turn on and I do not know why. I sent it back to Bob Long b/c some of the wiring and stuff was messed up and they put in a new battery and other stuff. But when I push the on/off button, the darn gun won't turn on!!! And I DO NOT KNOW WHY!! It's not the battery, and I am pretty sure all the wires are in place.
Please help.

I know of two people who sent their guns to BLAST, about 2 weeks apart, (for non-wiring issues) and when they got them back someone damaged the wires in the battery harness. If you have a test light check to see if power is reaching the board or not.

Don't push to hard. If you push to hard, I found the membrane pad doesn't read it. Just make sure you smush the whole button evenly and hold it htere. Cursing usually helps it along as well.

It also could the membrane pad itself.
There is a little mod to do to make the pad work brand new again.

Where the membrane pad wire thingy plugs into the board. Take the wires out of the white socket dingy and cut them ever so slightly less than 1 mm if you can. Plug them back into the white socket dingy and plug that into the board. It works like new again.

i tried the whole pushing the button softly but evenly thing...but it did not work. I am hesitant to try the cutting idea....but i have may have to try it. Anyone else got any ideas?
