Eye (?) problem

So when I turn my timmy on, it flashes red and green. That means it's Christmas... errr I mean it has an eye problem. I took it apart and can find nothing wrong with it. All the wires are connected fine.

Any help?

i'm pretty sure this is a given, but make sure they're clean, and that the ends of the eyes arent' touching each other

Clean. I think they're not touching, I'll check later.

Eye harness plugged into the board backwards?
Are they stock eyes? If so, take a q-tip and clean out the holes, then put them back in. Stock eyes are very finnicky about being misaligned, even by a little bit. Check the wires very closely for any crimping, its very easy to damage the wires putting the clamshell back on in a hurry. If your eyes are bad, buy some new ones from here- SlickPb-Ebay Auction
That guy sells lots of great Timmy parts, and these eyes are great. No problems with misalignment. I've had a pair in my Timmy since my stock ones bit the dust, and they've been used and abused with no problems.
