Bob Long recommends Dow 55. Sl33k is Dow 33. Use the sl33k for lubing. Although if you can pick up some 55, go for it. THe difference in the 2 compounds is that 55 will swell orings, therefore sealing better if tolerances aren't tight enough.
After EVERY day of play, all you need to lube is the bolt. Every so often you should relube your HPR, rammer, lpr, and valve, but that's very rare that you need to do that.
Lube HPR when you notice inconsistent velocities even though you haven't changed anything
Lube LPR, valve, and rammer ~every 6 months-a year, depending on how much you play.
