timmy leaking

I have an Alias timmy and when i gas it up at the beginning of the day it is leaking from around the bolt area. After i fire it, it will eather stop and not do it again for the whole day or it will stop for a little bit and then start leaking again. What is wrong with it? 0?

check the ram o-rings. ram housing o-rings too.

yes i lube my ram, by ram housing to you mean the sleeve? I dont know how to lube it. Thanks for your help.

sounds like the poppet to me. may want to flip it over or get a new one if that doesnt work.

Well the pro shop i got it at said in the 04 alias you dont have to lube the poppet or anything.

If you do how do you do it. On pb nation it sounded like the poppet was in the torpedo reg.

the poppet is what the ram hits to allow the air to flow thru the bolt. its kinda like the cup seal in most markers. its behind the LPR and ASA adaptor block. it has an oring on it that maybe bad (alteast the ones i have seen do, Alias's may be different), there is also a disk that the poppet seals against this is the cup seal thats what probably needs to be flipped or replaced. i must have been asleep before and left that out. its not exactly an easy task to remove these parts.
