My son was just given an Eradicator. We disassembled, cleaned and lubricated it. Two questions..............One, after assembly and testing, it would sometimes act like an automatic except paintballs didn't come out. I looked at all the possibilities and ruled them out, (CO2 full, no paint on bolt, etc.). Is it possible the trigger and sliding bolt thingy is worn, preventing it from catching after every shot? Last, is there a way to adjust pressure, (and thus FPS)?

there should be a pressure adjuster on the back of the gun.

the gun might be going auto because the bumber( large rubber circle behind hammer) is stopping the action from moving. try moving it back

it is also possible that the trigger sear may be worn and could be causing it to fire like that

You might not have enough pressure on the spring. If theres not enough pressure on it the spring wont be able to push the bolt back all the way. So just turn the screw on the back clockwise to tighten it.
