I dont know about you, but my first gun was an avenger. I was so enthused about paintball i sleept with my gun

. The avenger wasnt THAT crappy.... wait what am I talking about, Its a pile of $hit. But it worked for a while, until I got my Imagine. I was kind of looking to get upgrades for it, but it was like an obsolete marker lol. So ya I still dont understand why everyone has to hate B.e so much. I bet almost everyone of you have started with something made by V.L or B.E. Everyone around here bashes this company! its not even funny anymore

Sorry for using you as an example, but it triggered me to make this thread.

What if you had a paintball company, would you want everyone bashing ALL of your products? Probably not right? Exactly everyones just trying to make a living. And if you dont like brass eagle or view loader. I have some words for you. PLEASE IF YOU'RE GOING TO BASH B.E DONT COME HERE BASH THE COMPANY OF YOU'RE OWN MARKER NOT OTHER PEOPLES. Thank you.

PS This came out of the mouth of a 14 y/o. Makes you think dont it?
EDIT:PS PS- When I said "Its a pile of $hit." I said that b/c It was used and abused, but i kinda worked ok, not bashing

They get w/e they want when they want it. And they come here and bash b.e, maybe its just me...

brass eagle does suck. they make low quality products IN GENERAL. however, the low cost does introduce new players into the sport, and then they can learn about better quality products such as kingman and tippmann, and then fully immerse themselves with good equipment.

so yea, crappy quality, but they introduce new faces to the sport all the time

tru say, but still it doesnt explain why people have to go nuts with makin fun of b.e, like if people knew that b.e isnt directed to tournie plays and such and that it was directed to players that are new, maybe they would stop comin to this section, or atleast keep it to themselves.

i dont buy paintball supplies from kmart except pods o and a b.e gun i got and we tore it apart much fun. most people actually start out w/ a tippmann or spyder not that many have stingrays etc.

I started /w a Tippy, but BE is a crappy company. It makes low quality products which break frequently. For example, their paintballs are complete crap and go every which way except straight. BE is a company for people who want to play paintball but don't want to put much $$$ into it... BTW i bought my Angel by working minimum wage... i'm not rich.

i dont know of any bad BE gun besides the sameri or maybe the saber. the stingray makes good retal guns, the tigershark is an awsome pump, the talon everyone loves, the blade is great for first timers to play in there back yard. orion and advenger both did there job when takein care of. the rainmakers was great in its day. iv owned all of these so i should know

I started on a be gun and still own one. My nightmare will stand toe to toe against any gun in the woods because thats how I play with it...now on a speedball field the screw on 10 round tube slows me down a little

but you can still play with it

as far as the idea that tippmann and be are too much apart...the stingray is almost identicle to the tippmann 98 custom design it functions just as well. Ive played with stingrays in a speedball game..they are loud they are gas hogs and they aren't very fast...but they also cost about 19 bucks...now compare that to a tippy...slow...loud gashog..add a hundred bucks to it and there you go. it seems a little silly for people to bash out on them when what they have really isn't that much better...its like jeans...walmart jeans will work others are nicer but they work..so if you are just getting into the sport and you see AT WALMART that you can get this package for 50 bucks with all you need...then your set. be is amazing at bringin in players. without them and other lower companies we wouldn't have our sport as high up as it is.

A lot of BE hate comes from ignorant people. In my opinion every person that says BE guns are crap is stupid. BE does cut corners to drop the price way down on there products. But there have been people that found free ways to fix them and make every BE gun perform as good as or better then guns twice there price. For example a steel detent is used in a stingray. This will dent the bolt and cause it to chop paint. But if you replace it with a plastic one then problem solved. For $.10 at a craft store or free if you just look around, you can fix a stingray from "sucking" as everyone always says it does when it chops paint after 500 shots.

It is said to see all the people hating on B.E. My first gun even was a B.E. TaloN Ghost. I will be the first to say it did its job sittin in a lawn chair blasting cans off a dirt pile. And it is true most of there products are not the best but they are for the most part very cheap thats why I got one. And if its does it purpose to get people into the sport of paintball like it did for me and others I know then im all for it.

BE Blade02's are super cool/fun!!!!!!!
Whenever a friend of mine says BE sucks, i just tell them about mine, and how i'll own them with it, and then they laugh and change the subject, but deep down they are crapping their pants

They choose to get timmies cuz they think it'll make them the best paintballer. B.E. makes low quality stuff, true, but then how cheap are they? My point excatly. B.E. became crappy when Daisy bought them out. WHen paintball was young, they were one of the top of the line guns(i.e. Nightmare, golden eagle, poison, Rainmaker)

In a way, i commend BE, for introducing lots of new players. I'll have to admit, i started off with a Stingray II, i had many fun times with it and cherished it,for about a month until i got my Spyder. But i still like to take out the Blade 2 i bought and get a friend over to run around the house shooting each other (Yes even though its a Blade we still wear our masks) But as time progressed and started playing more i was introduced to more high end guns. Now i have my cocker, i will agree that most of BE's guns are poo, but they got me into the sport...

ya i got a talon back in the day(i was like 12) for messing around, then moved to the singray once people in my neighborhood started playing.... of course i moved into tippmans after that and thats usually how the story goes (at least if you work to make your own money and buy your own stuff)
