I Am Still Waiting!

Ok, so about one and a half weeks ago, I ordered a Tippmann 98 Custom Package off of xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx and it still hasn't come yet! I E-Mailed them about my status of the order about 3 days ago, nothing, not even a "were busy but we will try" E-Mail, do you think they are going to send it or what? I am getting kind of mad, oh yeah we live in Alaska, do you think it will take more then a week? I put it the shipping that cost the least...which was still expensive but it said it would be here in about a week! Please Help, Thanks in advance.

Ground shipping to Alaska would take awhile. I'm sure that has something to do with it. Also make sure the 98c package wasn't on backorder. If it was, thats the reason why its taking so long.

No, I got a package that was in stock, I made sure it was in stock so that I didn't have to wait even longer.

hmm...maybe you should have bought from xpaintball.com

don't evade the link filter. It blocks it out because we are sponsored solely by xpaintball and anything extreme. By giving out links to other sites you are hurting xpaintball and by hurting xpaintball you are hurting our forum.

If you want a bunch of sponsor links on the top and pop ups we can loose xpaintball as a sponsor and have random ones untill then we will have no popups and a single helpfull sponsor who by the way sells things just as cheap as anyone else and wont take months to get you your gear.

but to finish with your question even if it was on a back stock which is like backorder but it means that it was on a truck and labled as in warehouse then the store might have qouted you with a shorter time table. If lets say the merc was on a truck to begin with or in a secondary warehouse it can take days just to get to the main warehouse or distributor. If that happens then they have to process into the warehouse and then process out. If it says you need to wait 1-3 business days just for them to get it from incoming sales to there warehousing department and onto the right truck and then off to fedex ups what ever they use. It all takes time. If your using ground to alaska Im not even sure how that works. I always assumed they used boats. Because the idea behind ground shipping is that it can't leave the ground...so if your shipping a gas container you know its not gonna be in a cargo bay and pop thus taking down the plane. I doubt they would cross through canida. Your looking at time. So if you have a delivery from even chicago where several places warehouse from now that means you are traveling a long long way over several modes of travel. Don't worry about it. You can try calling them but several have pretty pathetic tracking. They could tell you it was shipped 3 days ago meaning it was processed then. Or that it was instock when you ordered when it may have been out of stock for days.

essay short. Don't worry over a few weeks. I have had gear on backorder and even canceled without me ever being contacted. That is why its cheap and on the interweb. If you had gone to your dealer within state even if it ment driving a few hours you know you can come back with questions. You know exactly where it is because it goes from there shop to your hands or they order it from there distributor and you rely on them. It may cost more but your helping your local or state paintball scene as well as getting it right away.
