Anyone have paintball markers shipped across the border?
That's allowed right?
I know any type of fire arm is not allowed to cross the border.
I just wanna verify that I can send paintball markers across the border.

yeah, i live right by the border, so ill get it shipped to a town in america that is less than 30 min drive away.
xpaintball ships free to the US, so when i go back across the border from "visiting friends", i wont pay duty

just make shure the marker does not look like you just bought it, i.e. price and recept is on it, incase they do one of those searches.

...or nothing.
I've had lots of stuff come from the US with no fees...
...and then had lots of other stuff with LOTS of fees.
You just role the dice and take your chances I guess.
(NOTE: I've NEVER had anything seized at the border)

NO!
Items marked as gift with VALUE UNDER $50 are exempt from duties. However gifts are still subject to local taxes. You would have to get the sender to check the "GIFT" option on the declaration form and write in the value at under $50. The problem with this is if the package is lost, the post office is only responsible for the marked value. So if you gonna buy an $800 marker from the US and have it marked as a $50 gift and the post office loses it, you will only get $50 back. For this reason many senders do not want to do this.
