no what you could do was make a tree kinda thing. So they don't intersect and the same time.

like that. So they intersect at different points. That should (in theory) eliminate the jams. It would be incredibly tall though. Maybe you could do that for a fixed gun emplacement.

*edit* GODDAMMIT! I hate this thing, it's so frustrating. It works fine when I'm typing it, but then it gets rid of the spaces. It's basically a vertical pipe with one attachment halfway down and the other at the top.

yeah that's what I've done a few times.... I was thinking about clearcoating it so the sharpie wouldn't come off. The clearcoat would stick well because the body is basically Pre-sanded because of how rough it is.

My friend didn't have a barrel cover to fit his A-5's flatline shroud (it had weaver rails) so we made one out of a tube sock and duct tape. The fields don't let you use homemade protection devices because of insurance/safety reasons.

If you took the spring out the trigger would not retun to the normal position to let you fire again, you would have to manualy pull it back out wich would slow your rof.

Your way better off puting a pen spring in it to give it the type of feel you want.

my buddy got a new gun last year and needed some place to put it and me being a carpenter i offered to help here it is:

Image of paintball rack - Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting

the whole thing is pine with a dark walnut finish (it would of looked better with out the stain but my buddy wanted to)
then there is the felt on the pins that are drilled into the board at 30 degrees

That beat the hell out of any PVC gun stand that I'm used to seeing on here.

Good work!

Whoo! My first post. This is one out of the two Tac-5m markers I got a while ago when my cousin and me wanted to shoot each other. Yes they're cheap, yes they suck (they reason why I cut this one up)-- and yeah, I'm totally new to this. Anyways, after the barrel got knocked pretty hard the barrel got jammed, and the skews are cheap and twisted off during reassembly. (No I'm not stupid, I know how to tighten a skrew.) so I proceeded to cut down the hand hold and remount the tank =P. I'm just trying to decide on if I should mount it on top and cut the barrel length down to use as a compact/pistol (never shot a paint pistol so I'm not sure if this would perform better).

I'm thinking of going towards the role of sniper, and when I finish the back holster for this, it might make a nifty back-up.
I'm supposed to go up against my cousin again tomorrow... but because I whooped him every time last time, he decided he had to upgrade to a BT-4 Iron Horse with all the fancies to compensate for his lack of skill. So his effective range is going to be twice that of mine... oh well, I can hit a T-post at 75 ft with the tac... so I'll still prolly kick his ass. Managed to hit a Dragon fly today... kinda felt bad afterwards.
