Inexpensive Custom Ion Shells?
I know that there are a few companies that aready make custom shells like strange wind. But they all seem to cost over $100 each
But why not fire up the CNC machines and make some of our own. I know some of you out there have them or would like one that is different.
Cause If people are interested I might start turning a fewout around $50 each.
Here is an example of one i might make for mine

Yeah go for it. If you sell them for only $50 I am sure people will buy them.
I just purchased one of those Deadlywind Foehn bodies for $130

Alright I am going to try and turn out a few to get started and on a few
But as for colors here are my options:
Anodizing : Blue, Black, Chromic (silver), Gold, and Red
Then there is Powder Coating in Glossy, Matte, and textured
and the list of the colors I can do is found here
Also If you have a team i might be able to do bodies of other guns once i get the measurements or find them online. So shockers, Spyders, ect... may be on my list soon

Redid the design and going to place the order for 10 red ones
The image of the new design will be uploaded tomarrow after I get back from classes
the Only down side is that they will not be ready for about 35 days but the good news is the price tag will between $65 & $75 but thats because of the extra machining in the new design

you should do something a little more crazy, not as boxy, you know? im interested if you can do it. Also maybe make the top of the body and around the sides a little thinner? maybe write somthing in it.. just some ideas, good luck
