pretty much the same if your talking about the e1. one is made by worr games, other one is made by planet eclypse. they have different triggers, and a few other changes.

^ thats planet eclipse
when they were still made, the worrblade came in a "kit" that included a new bolt, hammer, and sear lug to get your cocker more geared towards electronics. the eblade never included any of this, but was exactly the same other than the trigger and the noid. the eblade has an "e" on the noid while the worrblade has a "W". the eblade trigger is flat and the worrblade trigger has the 2-finger curve, but both use the same screws and same size trigger magnets. they both use the same grips.
its basically a matter of whether or not you want a curved trigger or blade style trigger. neither one is made any more, so the chances of finding the worrblade "kit" used are low, but the frame alone is not all that hard to find.

i'm guessing that when you say "curved" you mean double trigger. Both the eclipse and worr blades have double hence the reason they made the samuari trigger. Unless you're talking about the e2 trigger which curves in on the top

^^^no the worr blade has so called "anti bounce trigger" which it wouldn't be relavent in a game. The e1 you can set the bounce to where you have a huge area to sweetspot
