Body Work??

I have a piranha core df eforce that i would like to give a new look. I dont like the stacked tube look. I was planning on giving it a new paint job and while i had it all sanded i wanted to fill in the area bettween the tubes to give it flat sides.. My question is, What would be best to fill that.

Not worth the time really. But if you must, either weld it, or use body filler.
