how are you going to make it? Out of what material....ect ect

I used a CNC mill and lathe but It was made from Aluminium.

But the concept one was made out of oak

if your going to use plastic or wood you need:

1 1/4" Drill bit to drill a hole for the Breach, firing can, ect..
3/16" Drill bit for the screw holes
and a Dremel to cut the slot for the air fittings
sand paper too

If you don't have a mill or lathe, don't even attempt it because you wont get anywhere near a working body.

if you have no experience with Machining then don't try to make it out of aluminum... Have some one else do it.

but if you want check out emachine.com and try there program. they can make it for you and they can do some basic anodizing for you too
