how would u best do this
ok so i have a ion with a stock body and all and i saw this nice pic of an ion with a new body and a eddie van halen guitar design but how would i make it on a tock body (not the rubber part i want to keep it black)

It would be near impossible. Paint wont adhere to the plastic/rubber on the stock body. Even if you get a special paint bonder, you would have to bake the paint on which would melt the body.

A rougher surface wont change the chemical/properties composition of the plastic.

the 2 im tryin to make isnt avalible for sale some one else made it and so i have tried to find it agian but i had no luck so thats y i was asken cuase maybe that one person would look at this thread but war ever

The guy that made it used to post here, I cant find the thread for the ion (i think it was for a friend), but he still has the came one he did up here Eddie Van Halen Camo Frankenstein 98C.
