Well, being from near there (Chester County, PA), I might be able to lead you in the right direction. If you go towards Exton Square Mall, there are some good places. I'm not sure if Gordon's Sports Supply does paint jobs, but they might. Also, a decal artist for cars and such might be able to do it.
