Question ULing an ego?

Would it be good to do or would it be a waste, and if it would help, how would i go about doing this. Thanks a bunch.

It's a waste, particularly if it's an Ego7 or newer as (IMHO), the triggers are better than a UL. If it's an Ego5 or 6, it'd be nearly, or as good (Once again, this is just my personal opinion) to just buy a new trigger, like a CP or something.

If you really, really love the UL frame for some reason, have something like... $200ish you can use on this project, have access to a machine shop, and feel comfortable doing some weird wiring, you have to:
1) Make a tray for the UL frame to bolt onto, and the tray to bolt onto the Ego. This is to make room for the Ego solenoid, as it normally sits in the frame sort, but the UL frame is too thin. This will make your gun taller obviously...
2) Figure out how to wire the solenoid and eyes to the DM board; they will not simply plug in, I'm guessing you'll have to take the connectors from DM eyes and solenoid to replace the connectors on the Ego eye and solenoid wires.
3) Put it together...

You'll then have something similar to this:
