You can't use conventional regs on a spyder pilot, nor would I suggest you waste money on one. The spyder regs aren't even threaded, jsut pressed to the front block by two little allen screws.

personally i wouldn't waste the money for a single upgrade on this marker that couldn't be used on a future marker. Basically a compressed air tank only. I had a spider and just upgraded to a shocker. Upgrading a spyder is just not worth it. If you decide you like the sport and want to really get into it save that money for a higher end marker, else if your not that serious just stick with the spyder, but if you not that serious then i would say your not serious enough to invest in upgrades. Basically what im getting at is upgrades for spyders are a waste, unless transferable. This is all just my,If you really want to trick your spyder knock yourself out.
