Upgrading my A5

I am just about to upgrade my Tippman A5 to run it with a Air-Thru Stock (A5 Longbow Air-Thru Stock) and Remote Line.

Now I am new to modding markers so my question is... I also want to install an Expansion Chamber (Dead On Paintball X-Core 8 Stage Expansion Chamber) on it to eliminate the possibility of liquid CO2 screwing up my marker.

Will I be able to install the expansion chamber with the Air-Thru and Remote or will I just have to install an Anti-Syphon and just make sure my tank is facing up all the time even when crawling and running.

FYI I crawl allot and this gun will be primarily used for sniping from the back in scenario games.

There's no need for an expansion chamber if you're using a remote line. they both do the same thing. If you're running around with a tank strapped to your back don't get anti-siphon for your tank either. That will turn it into a siphon hose because of the vertical position of the tank...and that's completely opposite of what you want to do.

I also have another question if you dont mind...

Is it worth getting dual regulators? One on the the bottle and one inline? Or will one on the bottle do?

Money isnt really an issue bcs im building it slowly and I make a pretty decent amount.

Since it is a A5 with Responce Trigger and not using LPK, it will need a bit more pressure what reg or regs would you recommend.

If using dual regs is beneficial, what two would make a good tag team?

If you think I should only use one what should it be? ( I was looking into Guerrilla Air but I dont think they output enough pressure).

Sorry i'm really new to the whole building a marker thing, for the first year I used rentals and the past couple months I have a Spyder Pilot ACS I bought, I bought the A5 recently and I want to make it the best it can be before I play with it, nothing special when I test fired it I know I can make it better, and I know this is the place to find someone to help me

If you're crawling a lot, I'd reccomend either an Anti-siphon or an angled ASA.

If you're using HPA, than it already has a reg on it, if using CO2, it helps keep things consistant. BTW, inline, for our intents and purposes, is the same as havin a reg on the tank. Having an inline reg and a vertical reg is what you're wanting.

If using CO2 the only reg I can really reccomend is anything from Palmers Pursuit. Best CO2 regs hands down (and one of the only).

Dual regs increase consistancy, and two Palmers would be really nice.

If you want to go HPA, a LPK or LP mods is really a must, it's not nearly as helpful is you're running stock.

Yeah for the A5 I am going to be using CO2 (I don't know I find it is better for slower, further shots). But when I play speed ball I think I Will be using HPA with my Spyder.

I also plan on replacing my spyder early next season with a X7 most likely.

No offence intended here but wouldnt that be a stupid idea? the way I understand an anti-syphon works is an upward facing tube is placed inside the bottle so only CO2 Gas and not Liquid is sucked up (since a fully filled bottle is never completely filled with liquid it takes the gas from the top). If I am laying down then the anti-syphon is no longer pointing upward, right?

If your gun is vertical whenever you shoot, you'll be good.

correct me if i'm wrong here? The Anti-Syphon is in the CO2 tank, so wouldn't the tank have to be vertical at all times for it to work. The gun can be upside down for all it matter, because what i'm trying to stop is liquid CO2 reaching my internals.

So the tank would have to be vertical at all times (which it wont be because i'm both crawling and running) which is what matrix was telling me above. So a better choice for me would probably be an expansion chamber? (FYI I dont care about rapid shots I want "slow" "stable" "accurate as possible" shots).

So for what I want, wouldn't it be a better Idea for Dual Regs and an expansion chamber?
