Egrip with APE board
TechT Votex mod, QEPH, Lightening bolt
HPA or if you are running CO2 a Palmer Stabilizer

Or you could do it the easy way and just buy a speedball marker.

I can assure you they both shoot the same; the difference is all in your head.

I doubt that. Even a lower end speedball marker is gentler on paint than a blowback like the A5. What marker does he use?

you might be shooting faster them him, make sure you're both shooting under 300 fps

And for the money you will be using to trick out your tippmann, you can get another gun and have two to use

$200 is a good start on a nice speedball gun though

But if you must go Tippmann, get all the TechT Tippmann mods, a J$J Edge Elite barrel kit, APE board, Low Pressure Kit, HPA and a regulator

The low pressure kit is a joke anytime I see somebody with one I want to punch them in the nuts so they can't reproduce and spread whatever disease they have that makes them so stupid.

Really?
I've always heard that they worked, and I absolutely know that stock Tippmanns (and spyders for that matter) have trouble recocking below 800 psi, thus making HPR's kinda useless

I guess just forget the LPK then and maybe get a new powertube and bolt

On a Tippmann you don't need a new powertube or bolt unless the ones you have are broken some of the aftermarket ones were found to even hurt performance.

hmm. thats true with other stuff too. like some of the aftermarket angel delrins.
i cant explain why they make parts that dont perform up to stock ones. and theyre not even as cheap.

the same reason they make 22 inch rifled barrels and sell scopes on paintball sites.

because people buy them.

It's the videogame generation thinking that anything they buy will instantly improve performance just because it is different from the stuff they started with. Slap a low pressure kit on a Tippmann and you have just upgraded your attack power by +4. Replace a powertube and you have added +2 to your defense and -18 to your intelligence.
