its not difficult, just incredibly time consuming.
theres many ways, but here's how i made mine.
start off with an OD greed color flight suit.
also, buy enough camo netting to cover all the suit.
next, cut and sew (use dental floss, its the toughest stuff for this kinda thing) the camo netting to the flight suit, not too baggy, but not skin tight either, or you wont have much room to move.
once you have your ghillie base, then go out and get a LOT of the material used to make BDUs at your local army surpluss store. i think it's called rip-stop but im not sure. i cant tell you how many yards i used, as i lost track.
roll the material up tight. tape them so it doesn't come undone. NOTE: you may have to cut down the length into a few pieces depending on how much you buy
next, take a hacksaw and cut down the cylinder of rolled material so that you get little disks that vary in diameter from bout .75 to 1.5 inches. dont be too precise, just guess. the point of doing this is that the hacksaw gives a real feathered edge to the material.
unroll the newly cut disks and you should get long strips. cut these into pieces of different lengths (i used bout 5-7 inch lengths and it turned out good, but its a matter of preference).
once you have a rather large pile of these strips, you must tie them onto the netting on the flight suit. you DONT need to tie a strip to every square. this will just make the ghillie overly heavy and quite dense. go about every 3-4 squares. it's still be quite bushy and will work quite well.
the OD green flightsuit, netting, and material should be available at any army surplus store. the dental floss, well, i hope you know where to get that.
hope i helped
