Newbie asking about good mods.
So I just got my first gun, It might not be the best ever but I like it! As I get more into the sport I'll buy a better gun if needed. But I was wondering what are some good mods for the
Tippmann US ARMY Alpha Black
I got the Tactical SNIPER Gun Set so it came with a good amount of decent gear, a 20 oz Aluminum CO2 tank, Genx XVSN goggle, 200 round hopper, 6+1 harness with tubes, remote coil, and gun oil but what gun mods should I be adding. and if you could please if you say "add so and so" please tell me what the purpose of adding it is. Trying to get into the sport and absorb all the knowledge I can Assume there is no budget. Thanks in advance guys!

I was thinking...
US Army Alpha Black E-Trigger Electronic Upgrade Kit by Tippmann
Tippmann Cyclone Feeder System for Custom 98 and Custom Pro by Tippmann
Tippmann Low Profile Cyclone Hopper by Tippmann
but how hard are they to install and do I need anything to make the other work. Like I know for the Cyclone Hopper to work I need the Tippmann Cyclone Feeder System for Custom 98 and Custom Pro. For the eGrip do I need anything else? and again how hard is the install

Forget about 'mods' - just go play.

yea, just go play. anything you add to a tippman isn't going to do much.
a longer barrel does nothing
barrel refiling does nothing
A cycle hopper can turn into a blender, and sticks way out on one side anyhow.
A stock does nothing; just use the tank against your shoulder.
an egrip is super expensive in comparison to any other low end electronic marker you can buy
Scopes do nothing, as paintballs won't fly straight(or far)enough to get use out of it.

use compressed air, if money is no problem. it will be more consistent and make your shots more easily predictable. Get a 68/4500 tank and you should be able to get as many hosts as you're currently getting out of your CO2 tank.

Is the Ninja Paintball PRO 68ci/4500psi Carbon Fiber Compressed Air Tank a good tank? Or would you suggest a different one

ninja is a great way to go. Make sure that you get the standard regulator. you don't want a medium, low, or super high pressure one.

Got it! Good call. Also a random question but does the Alpha Black come with mounts along the barrel for things like flashlights and shiz?

Am I correct in assuming that all mods for the Tippmann 98 M4 would work for the Alpha Black?

honestly, there's so many "versions" of the tippman that i have no idea. If i every buy one, it's going to be a 68-specail or one of the really old model 98s

Na I'll hold on to the Alpha Black for a while, my buddy is stationed in Hawaii training as a Recon Sniper and loves the gun for training.
Any input on the Double trigger would be great.
New newbie question. PAINTBALLS! I assume what paintballs you are using is important to the accuracy and velocity. What paintballs would you guys recommend?
I'll be using the Alpha Black which is a .68 cal so I was thinking hellfire or Evil... thoughst?

The double trigger can help you shoot faster, however its a somewhat heavy pull and isn't the easiest to walk.
Hmm, haven't shot either of those brands in awhile. Better paint will fly straight and break easier though.
