I'll dye them black and hot glue Nor Cal into it and just leave the letters clear or do a second dye in blue.
Crap, the nor*cal thing didn't really work cus my grips are bumpy.

Hot, Black dye. The 'sticky' parts of the grip will probably take the color better and sooner than the hard plastic will, so be prepared for that. The hard plastic might not color at all.

Ok guys, I don't know if this has been said already, but it's not a good idea to dye soft plastic opaque black. Yeah, I kinda screwed up a cheap mask... The boiling dye shrunk the soft plastic parts of the mask.
They were indeed opaque black when I pulled them out, but they were literally half their original size.
i was thinkin of somehow blocking the holes on my barrel "if i need to" and dye my j&j ceramic barrel blue i was thinkin since its already black it may make a cool mix or come out dumb either way im gettin rid of my spyder stuff I GOT AN ION NOW!!!

If you could find a big enough container in which to boil it, it would work. Just be careful not to make the shell warp any.
