Take the gun completely apart and remove the power tube from the right half of the gun and then remove the grips. Take the 2 bare halfs and wash them and your hands thoroughly with dish detergent and let the halfs dry in the sun. Once they are dry put them on a surface that you dont mind getting over spray on and then paint them with spray paint. Krylon works good and you can find some really nice flashy colors from Advance auto parts that are used for painting cars. Apply nice thick coats that are not so thick that they run. Also be careful because some spray paints have a tendency to sputter and get droplets on your paintjob (really ugly). If you put the coats on too lightly Your finish will end up powdery looking. Once your primary color is COMPLETELY dry mask off the designs with masking tape and apply them then paint your new designs the same way mentioned earlier. Once that is COMPLETELY dry remove the masking tape. Take a look at my wifes gun (link in sig) For that one I painted it completly silver first then taped the flames on there and went over that in purple. You can use clear coat over the whole thing when your done but be warned some clear coats will alter the color of your paint. Dont know why but It sometimes will depending on the brand. I didnt put clear coat on my wifes because when I painted the elbow the silver turned to a shiny gray and not the color I wanted so It has no clear coat. Hope I helped ya! Oh and have some sand paper ready for when it is dry so you can sand the paint off the tippmann lettering on the left half of the gun.!
