this is actually a valid delay for fuse igninted stuff.
the delay is from 1min to 5 min, depending on dryness of tobakko and wind conditions.

Also I noticed that dry mixing the ingredients and using a sparkler to light it works well.. just make sure the can it's in is not around anything flammable cuz it gets reallly HOT
