It seemed for a while, they had vendors on ebay etc. selling them and now their are practically none. Is there a reason you can still buy new f7's and yet I've yet to notice a site selling new f8's?
About how much would you pay for one used? I'm not really in the market now, I've spent a little too much on not needed paintball gear in the past few weeks. Will probably attempt to get one in the next couple of months.
I'm hoping to get my mitts on an F9 (or whatever they will be calling it) to review before they officially release it. We'll see how that goes.
Personally, I'm hoping to see the same performance of the F8, plus an OLED board like the rev-i, and for DP to settle on a specific milling style. What i mean by that is that the F8 was (to me, at least) a bizarre mating of clean lines and organic swoops that really didn't work for me. i dig clean lines (see F7, rev-i) and organic (threshold), but i don't want them together.
What happened to the F8?
