I know the G3 has been plauged by regulator problems but, do there other models have problems as well. In particular I'm looking for an F8 or Threshold and wanting to make sure the majority of the stock regs work properly or if they share the same issue with the G3.

The F8's and the thresholds worked. What was wrong with your g3?

I've got a buddy/team mate who has a g3. He got it brand new, and second time he used it reg went down. Personally, I don't know if it's the cupseal needing to be reseated or he just has a crap reg. I told him to put a CP reg on it, but he's yet to do that. He ended up buying an Ego8 the week later off of our field owner. Good to know about f8/threshold, you don't happen to know the average price of a threshold? Just saw one on nation for 250 shipped as I see most on ebay are 3ish, but im not getting the money for selling my rail until friday (hopefully).

I think I should be able to swing that much, or might add a bit more money and look for an 08 Indy. I saw somewhere posted that they only made 500, do you know if thats a legit # or just something someone through out.
