difference between G3 and G4
Thinking of getting a G4 but it's really expensive.
but am seeing alot of G3 for sale.
i am wondering what the difference is between the two besides that it's newer.
for the price
would you guys recommend going with the dangerous or stick to the eteck3 LT?
thank you

etek 3 hands down, EP poppet vs unbalanced spool. the poppet takes it, its high end the g3/4 is mid range and not a very good unbalanced spool at that
between the 3 and 4 the only changes iv heard of are cosmetic, i believe all the internals are the same

Yeah, Etek. G4 was mostly just a quality control fix of the G3. Still has all the same issues.

I'm hearing alot of people liking the eteck 3
but also i am hearing about it not being a "tournament gun"
i have never played tournamet but looking into it. ...
do they mean that Dangerous Power have more shooting settings? (for tournament rules?)
or does eteck3 have the same settings?
what about ego's and evos???
maybe im trippen about the tournament talk about the G3/4 i think i meant it with the egos and evos being the tournament guns...
correct me please....
thank you

I'm fairly certain the Etek3 does have current tournament modes. Although I don't have one and am too lazy to look at the manual to verify 100%. Someone else probably can though.

IMO, no. But I'm biased because I owned a G3 and have had to work on many other G3's, and so I hate them because of how badly designed they are.

being an g3 owner myself, i'd have to say that the g3 comes with a lot of maintenance and adjustments that are pretty necessary, go with the etek, or look into an fx (i only say that because they are about the same price, and as far as i know somewhat equal in performance)
