dont get a metal trigger. get a delrin one. talk to THEBETTERONE on here, and he'll sell you a kick ass trigger for less than 30 bucks. i got on and it kicks a$$. i made a review in this forum. look it up. theres a video.
for the trigger frame, just keep it until it breaks, THEN buy a new one, you dont need another one. if probably wont break anyways. its strongly built
