Changing drop forward
Is there something special I have to do to change my drop forward on T.E.S.
I have read something about thread sizes on the braided line. Is there a simple drop with on/off valve that I can just bolt on.
Thanks

OK NOW PAY ATTENEION!!!
1.)UNSCREW IT
2.)TAKE THE BRAIDED LINE OFF
OK NOW HERES THE HARD PART!!!
3.)PUT THE BRADED LINE ON TO THE NEW DROP
4.)SCREW IT BACK ON THE GUN
 THAT WAS HARD

Drop
Real funny there Mr. Comedian!!! Isn't there an issue with the T.E.S. and the threads on the line? I heard they are not standard. Maybe it was the regulator that doesn't have standard threads. Just making I don't have to change my reg to add a drop.

Hey Tippy, Get outta here A-Hole, not only were you an A-Hole and trying to be "Smart" you were giving out Wrong info! ...
TES DOES have irregular fitting threads. I have a Torid X and all the fittings are standard because Odyssey made them standard. However, the TES does not have Standard Threads. You must change the entre ASA and Reg together. Good ASA is a Uni, good reg is a CP Reg/Sidewinder.. many choices.
If you have any other questions, don't be afraid to ask. If you encounter many Butts like Tippy, tell a mod to take care of him.
Also, when you plan to take off the ASA/Reg make sure you unscrew the drop from the gun first, (move the ASA forward, first) and then you can unscrew the reg, or else you will twist your Steel Line.

If you don't want to spend much cash, you can just change the drop forward with a rail drop. Standard rails are larger than a Dragun rail, so you'll have to spend a decent amount of time filing, but it'll save you from having to buy a new ASA and reg.

with rails, you wont be able to pull the asa back far enough cause the steel braided line probably wont go that far back.
i suggest getting a drop, thats similar in size, only a little larger so that the gas line can reach. or whats the most comfortable are rails IMO, but you'll probably [unless you can stretch it] not get it to fit without haveing to get a new reg/asa/line too.

--I have a blue, small, CP Regulator (Spyder threads), that I want to give away because its the last paintball item I need to sell. You pay shipping plus 10 dollars and it's yours. PM me.

if will fit....but the rail little groves arent the same. so you have to get a new reg. you can get a cheap one for around $40 on pbn and a drop for bout $20 or so on pbn or here

10 minutes with a file will make it fit.

When I did it to mine, I used a medium Shocktech drop and it worked fine.
