T.E.S PSI To High...Need Some Help

Little bit about the situation, I just got my TES out from its yearly storage (kinda late in the season I know) but anyway, as normal first thing I do is break it apart and lube it up and check all the O rings and seals. Air it up and it wont shoot, sounds kinda like it double shoots and cant recock I notice that the pressure gauge is reading 900ish PSI which is in the green but I understand thats way to high, if I take off my tank and shoot 2 or 3 times so it reads 4-600ish it shoots like a dream.

So my question is this, how do I decrease the PSI into the gun, I have read everywhere online and tried every screw on the gun it seems to no avail.

Thanks,
Wasted

Also if it helps Im using a 68/4500 HPA Tank
