My T.E.S. didnt come with a ball detent spring, which is pretty ****ed up, and when u push the battery in to the point where it fits so u can put the grip on, a huge spark always flys out and the battery doesnt work. and even with a new battery, i cant get the bolt to decock

those are some strange problems, the ball detent isn't a big deal... but getting sparks of your trigger frame isn't normal at all. try putting some electrical tape around the battery and plug to stop it from arcing.

My buddy only had one real problem with his TES, and that was the small allen screw that holds the bolt pin in was loose from the factory; causing his bolt to fly out in the middle of playing.
Other than that, he screwed it up on his own. He didn't realize that the steel braided line can't be replaced with macro line without buying a new reg, and he messed up his stainless line. He wanted macro; so, he bought an ergo reg. Worked fine ever since then, but I have heard of several people having fussy TESes.
But, to answer your original question, unless the problem had to do with your striker or sear, I would think that the possibilities for the ONE to have the same problems is still there. If it were the sear/striker that caused the problem, the ONE shouldn't have the same problems.

That is called first shot drop off. It is easily fixed. Go to a automotive store, buy a tire valve core, and put it in your lpr. Problem solved. If you take the lpr apart you can see the stock one. Remove it, put the new automotive one in.

FSDO can also be related to the ram/sleeve not being lubbed up good, or the main reg not being lubbed. It does not come lubbed from the factory, you should definatly take it apart and lube the **** outta it before you play the first time. I was able to get +/-2 with my lubbed up stock reg before I changed it...
