I was just wondering how gas efficient the tes is and around what pressure does it operate at.

its pritty efficient they run around 200-400psi depending on ur setup internals etc

Does the board come capable of 20bps or do u have to tinker with it

it comes capable of 20 bps. 15 preset is just when u turn the gun on. after its on u can change the bps anywhere from 4bps all the way up to 20bps. no tinkerin wit it is nesessary.
