Air valve leak
Today I used my brand new "One"and after cleaning and lubing it I reassembled to dry fire it. However when I attached by bottle air is leaking from a hole on the right side of the air valve box. Is this something I can fix, or should I send it to the manufacturer being that it is new.
Let me know what I should do. I'm a little new to this blow back setup on the gun and the owners manual isen't helpful at all.

i am not sure what you mean by the air valve box exactly. can you post a pic of what you mean? it is more then likely something easy to fix.
and by the way... the one is not a blow back. it is a full pneumatic function.

I'm having a little trouble with my digital camera so I'll try to describe it. In the frame of the gun there is a rectangular box behind trigger and has three parts. Starting from the bottom theres a black section that says Air Valve with model numder and name, I can't read. Connected to that is a white section that has a small circular hole on the right side where the air is leaking. On the top there is a silver section which has two hoses attached. It appers that by removing 2 screws from top and bottom the box maybe able to be removedor seperated.
thanks again for your help

That is your "noid" short for siloniod...
It blows off pressure at 100psi, and vents it out that hole...this is what your hearing leaking...This is normal...
To adjust it, right under your barrel, there is a Low pressure regulator (not your main reg) and it has a setscrew right in the middle of it. Insert your allen key and back out the screw until it stops leaking, then turn it an aditional 1/4 turn and you should be good.

I went ahead and loosened the screw to the reg and the leak has stopped. Gun fires now and seems to be running smoothly.

Thats your 3 way solenoid. It vents air to prevent damage to it. In other words, you need to turn down the pressure in your LPR. First turn it down, then turn the pressure up to where it starts to leak. Slowly back it out until it just barely stops to leak, then do another 1/4 turn.

Not to be an ass or anything, but isn't that basically what I had already said?

Its *actually* capable of 3way operation, but its only used 2-way in our application...I heard that straight from a Dragun Tech.
