Adjusting the regulator

I did read the FAQ post and other like it, but I,m still having problems changeing the velocity on my TES. This problem is most likely casued by my lack of knowledge on the schematics of the TES. The owners manuel is useless and I could very well be adjusting the wrong screw. Could someone take a picture of their TES and point to the correct adjustment screw for me. Point at it and say" It's this one dummy".

It is the large hex nut on the regulator. The foregrip thing. There are 2 screws on there. Big and small. Turn the big one dummy lol.

On my last night went to the field and when chrono'ed it was reading 205 FPS so turned the large hex screw in the foregrip counter clockwise, the velocity got as high as 235 FPS but then if you turned that screw anymore the velocity started dropping. Now why is it I can't get anything higher than 235 FPS and how do I get it up to 275 FPS if that adjustment isn't doing it?

Cool thanks, It looks like this one will miss us, the track shows it going 270 miles West of here, thankfully. Don't think my roof can handle a third one, after damage from the earlier two.
