What?
Do you want to make it lighter or get rid of the play in the triger?

to eliminate the forward back play take the trigger frame off the gun and there is a hole in the back side of the trigger(its kinda hard to see). Stick the largest allen wrench in the tool kit that come with the gun in the whole and turn clockwise.
To eliminate side you can either take the trigger hinge pin out and get some plastic washers from your local hardware store or if your cheap like me you can leave the trigger on and just wrap some wire on each sdie of the trigger between the trigger and frame.

Mine hasnt come lose and if you put too many spacers on the side it will. the side play isnt too bad so you really dont need to put any spacers in unless you think its necessary.

yeah if u have the stock bolt still in the tes u need to run higher psi. around 400 like |AC|METAL| suggested, u could upgrade the bolt it will allow u to drop the psi down and still have a good fps. i use to run my tes at 200psi w/ apm bolt and maddmans green spring getting 280fps when i owned a tes

Not sure if this may help:
when I was at 500psi, I was having the same issue. I found out it was my cup seal. The high pressue stripped the pin out of the cup seal's threads. This occured twice before I realized it was the issue - missing out on the last 2 games, 2 outings in a row. How did I know it was the cause? Well, natuarally after each outing, I cleaned my gun and found a broken cup seal. but to further troubleshoot the issue, I lowered my pressure to 300psi, then to keep my velocity up, I simply cut a 1/2" peice of macroline and used as a spacer between the main spring pin and the rear cap. I now shoot consistently 294fps. Oh yeah, and no more burping and de-cocking. Note, 294fps for tourney, 278fps for recball.

Nope your stuck with the stock grips. No one makes grips for the t1 or tes. You can rubberize your own grips with rustoleums rubber spray or just spray them with normal paint. If you do just want them a solid color spray them from the inside.
