I'm pretty new at this paintball stuff and I got my hands on a Dragunfire Full Function. We ball every two weeks for the last half year. Great fun! Shoots very nicely

I've several questions/problems:
- I measured the speed of the gun: 275 MPS ???? How to get this to 300 0?
- The presure does not beyond 700 psi and drops after a 200 shots to 650/600 Is this bad? according to the gauge that is on the gun, the green past is from 700 and up...
- I've got a stock barrel - my paintball fall right through them. I red that is wasn't good for the accuracy. Should I get a new barrel? Yes -> Which one? I use Draxus Blaze paintballs... Not the cheapest, tested some other paint as well but all the same. Looks like the barrel is to big. Looking at the Armson stealth..

Could any one give me some advise?

Ok some more info is going to help here...
1st, are u using HPA (compressed air) or CO2?
2nd, are you shooting at 275 meters per second or is that feet per second? if my maths in right you could kill some one with 275mps!! For every one else, thats like 800+ fps!!

Ok Im not 100% on the Dragunfire, is it a blow back? IF so its a common answer, change the main spring... Also other than changing the input pressure is there another way of changeing velocity... check the manual there may well be. Eg some blowbacks like Spyders there is an adjuster at the back of the gun.

Sorry I cant say exactly how as I realy cant be asked to look up the Dragunfire.

On the barrel bit, you could try different paint... have a look at otters customs, url is something like: www.otterscustoms.com have a look at the paint sizes and try find a bigger bore paint. Or get a new barrel... the steaths are nice, but I would rather get the J&J ceramic, the whole self cleaning thing does it for me

Its impossible for him to be shooting 275 meters per second. The guns arent capable of firing that hard. If he does mean feet per second, try a different spring, but 275 FEET per second is not a bad thing.

It is a blow back, so I'll see to get new springs. I've put the back to max the velocity, any futher it won't go...

Thanks for the otters site, its usefull. Unfortunatly I can't get all the paint here in Holland....

To my disappointment I can't seem to find any info on any forum or anything on the Dragun Full Function. Who owns one?

ok 275 fps! isnt a bad thing as tex said up there. that is a good speed. and as for barrels i would get a s/p progressive barrel for cheap. and just keep gettin draxxus. its good paint

this isnt the problem, if paintballs fal through it when you point it down its ur ball detent. i had that problem, jsut call alocal store and ask them if they have a ball detent that fits. DONT GET A NEW BARREL it wont fix the problem

In the beginning I thought that it was shooting pretty accurate. But somehow I can't hit a cow from 100 feetanymore. Balls serve all over the place. My brother has a stock A5 and hits the cow in the eye.

Started to look at things and think that its part of the barrel. And a spring kit to get it up to an 300 fts

you dont need to go higher than 270 fps, its a good speed. if you get to 300, sometimes it will jump up and go higher, you dont want that. keep the same velocity that you have, its a good speed, im usually around 260

make sure ur barrel is clean and has no water or paint in it..or even condensation ( like when milk sweats)..this will make it much more acurate

25 fps faster wont even effect it. and u dont need it. barrel if ur gonna get a new one i suggest a smart parts progressive and if u dont have a new bolt already i would get that before i got a new barrel

I think its entertaining how he is shooting cows. Leave the cows alone, not a very humane thing to do. Try cleaning out your barrel, it sounds like it may need to be rinsed out thoroughly with some water and left to dry.

i joined in march, and didnt get on very active until like 2 months ago, 2 months ago i prob had around 100 posts

Shooting a cow from a distance is ok but dont shoot it in the eye. Thats ****ed up. I shoot my dad's german sheperd when it does something bad. Usually shoot him in the ass.
