ok, i am new to the forum and i have a few questions for you guys. I have devolped a new modification for most electronic trigger guns. the guns that it was designed around are all the dragun lcd guns, but with little modification it will work on any electronic trigger gun.

many people know that if you disconnect the eye from the board of a dragun gun, it will be full auto. but, by doing this, you loose the anti chop feature that makes the gun great. my modification will allow you to make the gun full auto without removing the eye. it is fully adjustable for the amount of balls per second you want to shoot. also it is can be easily turned off.

i know that there are full auto boards out there, they can be rather expensive. this modification allows you to make you gun fully automatic without removal or any modification to the stock board.

basically, if you have a fast enough loader the gun will shoot 20bps or 30bps(according to the stock board cap). and the best part is that if your loader is not fast enough, the balls will never chop because the eye will not allow the gun to fire unless a ball is in the chamber correctly. the only thing that will stop you from shooting 20bps is the speed of the loader.

I have designed and built a few prototypes of this modification and it works flawlessly. Also, there is no change in battery life from the stock setup.

i am thinking about patenting this mod and producing it. patents can be expensive. before i patent it i wanted to see how many people would actually buy this mod.

here is the big question:

If this mod was available for about $50-$60 (according to production costs), would you buy it? if not, why?

Nitro mode can be used with the eye on. It will do the same thing. Nice Idea but I wouldnt pay more than $5 for it. Sorry no offense.

Also full auto without the eye isnt that bad. I tried it out and I didnt chop. Might just be me but I dont see any need for this.

which dragun marker are you talking about that has nitro mode? I dont think that my tes has it unless i just cant find it.

Oh I was talking about my T1. Not sure if the Tes has Nitro or not. But $50 to get the eye working in auto still seems a bit high.

i know that with parts at retail prices it cost about $40 dolars to make this item. if i can get a deal from a board manufactuer, i will try to sell it at about $30, but only if it is cost effective.

I bet u could sell a bunch....call dragun and tell them u have this mod and they may buy it off of u for quite a bit...I know a guy who made his own ramping board and smart parts is trying to buy it off him...

just make sure u dont tel them how to do it so they dont steal ur idea.

uhhh.... Im pretty sure they know how. If a T1 can go on nitro with the eye on then they can put full auto with the eyes on, on a tes. They can on the T1 too. Thing is they dont want to.

Ramping mode is very easy to code.

get triggerspeed();

if triggerspeed>8;
then firespeed (triggerspeedx.5 + triggerspeed);
else
firespeed(triggerspeed);
