1. Is the stock barrel good?
Yes, it’s a pretty accurate barrel compared to other markers’ stock barrels. I still have the stock barrel, its 12 inches long, 1 piece, shoots very straight. But it still wouldn’t hurt to have a company made one, because they are much better than the stock barrel.

2. What Hopper should I get, and how much do they cost?
For a Dragun TES, The One, Torrid X, or any other electronic blowback I recommend getting a Halo B, Empire Reloader B, or Viewloader Evolution II with a Z-Board. For the money issue, the Reloader B costs about 30 dollars more than a Halo B, because it comes stock with a Rip Drive and is said to be the fastest hopper out there. It runs at 22-23 BPS, and sells approximately 140-150 dollars brand new depending on where you get it. The Halo B is running at about 100-110 new; it feeds a good rate of 22-23 bps too, but doesn’t come with Rip Drive. You can buy a Halo with rip drive for 20-30 dollars more. An Evolution II [Egg] will cost probably 60-70 dollars brand new. It feeds at about 14 bps, but with a Z-Board (costs around 40 dollars or so) it can feed up to 20 bps.

3. What are Dragun’s threaded?
Dragun’s are Spyder threaded, which means that all Spyder barrels will fit Draguns. As for the feednecks, Draguns are different from Spyders. Spyder feednecks won’t fit Draguns.

4. Do Intimidator parts work?
Some Intimidator parts work, such as the feednecks. The feednecks will fit, but will leave 2 threads showing. Also, some Timmy bolts (NOT ALL) will fit. Check the Upgrades thread for which Timmy bolts will fit. Timmy Barrels do not fit Draguns.

5. What is the round thing on the side of the gun?
It’s called a Ball Detent. The ball detent is a small piece that keeps the balls from just falling out of the barrel when in the chamber. It has a little spring and little ball that stick out just a touch in order to keep the ball from leaving the chamber before you fire. It keeps you from double-feeding.

6. Is the stock Regulator good?
Yea, the stock regulator is good, but it isn’t the best. I upgraded the Regulator first on my TES, because I didn’t like the way it was working, so I got a CP Regulator, and it works great. But the stock reg. works good enough to keep for a long time.

7. Am I shooting the right PSI?
The good, efficient amount of PSI to be shooting, is under 400, and over 200. Shooting too high can cause many problems, as well as shooting too low.

8. I am shooting too low PSI. How do I turn it up?
There's a small alen screw on the regulator, and if you turn it, the PSI will change. Put it in the right number, and then go to a chrono, and test your velocity. If your shooting under 300 FPS, then you’re good.

9. What is the difference between The One and TES?
The One is an electro pneumatic marker, the TES is a blowback.

10. Which is better? TES or The One?
The One is better because a marker that is elecro pneumatic has less kick as a blowback, and it fires much smoother. Although, a TES can cycle faster than a The One, The One is much better.

11. Does CO2 work on a TES? The One?
Yes, Co2 works on them both, but on guns like The One, I definitely recommend getting HPA soon. Shooting on CO2 fast, can cause problems, such as having the CO2 liquid leak out and getting into the gun. On a TES, shooting very fast on CO2 can make your bolt not recock all the way, or freeze the gun, or other things could happen. Also, with really cold CO2, the gun won’t work very well at all.
Two ways to fix the problems: Either get HPA [Nitro], or get an Anti-Siphon kit. The kit only costs probably 10 bucks.

12. What’s a microswitch, and how does it change your gun?
A microswitch is the little switch that the trigger pushes when you pull it that creates the electricity that travels through the wires and makes the sear jolt down and releases the striker/ram. The stock one on the TES/T1 is heavy compared to Intimidators, Angels, or Shockers, so for less than 10 bucks, you can get a new one, to make the pull lighter. [Adding a few BPS to your count] There are 25 gram switches that can be found at Radioshack, or you can look for switches being sold on eBay, there’s usually a few there.

13. Do other microswitches fit a TES or T1? Like from a Timmy?
Not of my knowledge, but my friend seems to think so. I’m pretty sure that a Timmy Switch is too small for a Dragun. But my friend (Zidane. LoL lmfao) seems to think that it will fit with a little soldering. I’m going to test it out and if it doesn’t fit, I’ll notify here.

14. How can I make my TES turn into a T1?
There is a kit called T1 Kit that is made to go into TES’s to make them an electropneumatic marker, but they haven’t been making them for a while, and I don’t think they will be made for a long time. (If ever) But there are a few other kits out there that are possible to get. I don’t have all the details on how much they are, or where you can find them, but there are others.

15. I can’t find a TES anywhere! Where can I find one?
They stopped making TES’s. So it will be hard to find one. But look on pbnation.com (Under the buy/sell/trade forum). It has so many guns available, that theres 5 more guns on the first page everytime you refresh it. If you think you don’t want to buy a used gun, and you think when you get it, it will break down, or if you think people will scam you and not send you a gun, then your wrong. Buying used guns is a Great way to save money.

16. I see that many people have painted their grips. How do you do that? Is it hard?
Its simple. Just go to a local Wal-Mart, or anywhere that sells small cans of spray paint for 97 cents. Then, put newspaper out, take the grips off your gun and set them down UPSIDE DOWN on the newspaper. Spray the INSIDE of the grips, and tape off the sides so you don’t accidentally paint the front. When your done painting, let it dry off for an hour or so, and they should look great!

17. My Marker says its on “auto” but its not shooting full auto. Why?
A TES doesn’t have full auto, as in holding the trigger and it fires. The Auto on a TES/T1 is just a faster/quicker/speedier/easier semiauto. It still fires once every trigger pull, making it tournament legal. The semi-auto mode on a TES/T1 is a mode where it can only fire the speed you choose, no more, no less. So it will not let you shoot if you shoot different speeds, which basically makes it suck major @$$.

18. What threads are the steelbraided gas line that is stock on the TES/T1?
The threads are unique, which means theres almost nothing you can get that has those threads. So if you decided to get a regulator, you will need to get a macroline or steelbraided hose, Air system adapter [ASA], and a drop/rail. Also, you will need all that stuff if you want to get a Crossfire or a different HPA tank that has a big gauge on it. Because with the big gauge on, it won’t fit through the small drop. Meaning you’ll have to get all the stuff I mentioned.

19. I was thinking of buying a TES. But I've heard many people say that theres lots of problems that happen with them. Is it true? So is it worth buying?
Yea its true, many people, such as me, have problems with theyre TES when it comes out of the box. But most problems can be fixed with really quick of lubing the reg, replacing small parts, or just putting on small parts. Its way worth buying a TES, cause it doesnt cost much, and when its working good, it works great! My TES hasnt had a problem in more than half a year.

if the t1 is like any other electropnuematic marker then putting plain co2 into it would blow the noid. u recomend getting hpa soon, but it (or antisiphon

) should be required from the start.

Co2 works on the One, thats a difference

hoppers arent a big deal in this thread because its about the guns, but dont forget the apache, which is arguably faster than the egg.
why am i in this thread, i dont even own a dragun?

also I thought Halo B supposedly fed 30bps. not that id need it to. I like q loaders because you can do a bit more with them than with a normal hopper. I might get one later on if I can find one cheap.

no, stock the halo b feeds 21 bps, but with a victory board it can feed up to something around 35

the angry board sounds like a crappy board, but it costs 60 bucks so it might not be that bad. it uses two much power and also puts to much force on the balls causing them to break.

so i think it sucks cause its gonna be like 1 or 2 bps faster, cause i looked everywhere and it says nowhere how fast it feeds. itj ust says faster
