T1 reg and HP HPA?

First off if it has been addressed I did not see it and I read the stickys.I have a hp 800psi preset nitro duck now can the reg be used to adjust the pressure on the T1? Like with my spyder which I bought it for I just turn the reg down so even if though it is preset at 800 psi the gun is oping at about 500psi.Now can that be done with the T1 also the threads in the reg are soem kind of metric funky crap kinda like spyder I have heard. Can any reg be used on the gun?Sorry if this **** seems lame but I am new or soon to be new T1 owner.Funny I can get my spyder to walk and talk now but don't know **** about the draguns.I know some of it will be self explanatory but I would like to know before it is here.Already ordered a flame drop and a delrin bolt for and assume that some type of mod will be needed for the reg (tapping ect.).Thanks for the read.

The one operates very similar to a spyder regulator wise, except it uses a solenoid to fire the ram forward and a spring to bring it back. With that in mind, tune the inline regulator to around 220 psi, leave your tank regulator at 800 psi, and tune the low pressure regulator to the point where the solenoid stops leaking. There are many differences between a spyder and a the one, but the way it regulates is fundamentally the same.
