Tes Is Gettin Me Mad

k, my freidns TES sucks balls, like most of urs, it does the SAME thing all my freinds TESs do, the bolt wont recock after being shot IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WIHT THE SEAR, cause when i recock it it shoots, but it has to be manually recocked, how do i fix this, and will Dragun take it back if i cant fix it....Im very displeased with Dragun, after reading most of ur guys posts, most TES owners have the leaky front block problem i have, and the BOLT problem.

yeah mine did that when i lubed my reg i had turned it all down and then i went to chrono it at the filed and remembered it didn't have enough psi to shoot and recock so trn it up a little or lube your reg, i dont see andy other problems my odyssey torid x works perfect all the time not a problem you need to think and learn proper maintance and tweaks then see if it is a major problem odyssye may be able to fix it for a fee, same guns basically.

ur simply having a recharging problem. try taking apart the reg and properley lubing it, also use A light main spring, so the marker does not have to try as hard to push the striker back, polishing the internails and getting and aftermarket bolt is also a good idea. his tes is having probelms becuz of the user not taking care and properley lubing /cleaing his or her marker, or just plain does not know what hes doing in the first place. jeezus christ dont blame the marker

tes's are not good guns for ppl that are new to the sport and have no clue how a blow back funtions / works, ill agree that most tessys will come out of the box with problems becuz mine did too, befor i even aired it up every thing from the reg to the bolt striker were properly lubed by me hence the factory does not really do a good job. seconds later i was shooting ropes take care or ur marker and it will take care of u

i have not read about it not recocking well then teach your friend maintance of his gun how and where to lube and clean and, what typ of quick light lube to work that won't build grime, and get the right type of lube fore your reg its like i have the dye lube it is real thick get that fromt he pb store its lick 7 bucks but beleive it or not a well lubed reg makes a differnece less drop off and more consistency, read the guage and make sure the reg is turned up enough to even reccok, and enlighten people of proper maintance and care and you wont be pissed off by small problems

becacause we all take care of them take the gun back to him and tell him to do how about that, make it his job to learn about it and i havent had a problem yet with my gun, read learn absorb paintball its not that hard, take it all apart and throw each piece at him tell him to clean it and piu it back together, make him learn paintball will only get worse with incoherent noobs that think their gun is indistructable if you respect your marker it will show, lets get nastalgic here, you said it was his gun right so give it back tell him to get pissed, and tell him to get on here so we can chew his ass out for being so f*cking retarded.

being a bit rude dude. no need to start a flame war.
and yes many people do have problems, but most people dont when the gun is taken care of properly. your friend probably after he plays, lets it sit out or under the bed for weeks before he cleans it. if he even cleans it.

This is a common problem with TESs, and it seems noone knows the answer to fixing it. And NO, it isn't just a problem with people who don't take care of their markers. This problem is most noticable when you are dry firing because the bolt isn't getting enough back pressure to recock.

Try sticking a swab down the barrel and shooting. Does it recock? Now put some paint in the feedneck, cover up the top, and take a few shots. Does it recock? Try this and get back to me.

umm yeah id you dont lube your reg or have enough pressure it will happen so dont say we who said it was improper maintance because it will never help a marker without proper maintance and no its not a common problem there is not enogugh pressure turn the reg up, and try it, lube it, clean it all out check your block and springs, then get bak to us this is the first time i heard this problem

First of all, you should really look into using punctuation. It'll make it a whole lot easier to understand what you're saying.

Secondly, don't take me for a complete retard just because you don't understand the problem. It occurs with a completely lubed marker- bolt, striker, cupseal, regulator- everything. Pressure is set from 450-500 psi, tested with every compatible spring in a Spyder spring kit. If this is the first time you've heard of this problem, they you apparently aren't very familiar with TESs.

This is a TES, not The One. It's still a blowback marker. 450psi is the reccomended operating pressure.
