Drop off

After lubing my bolt kit, at the feild I noticed a little FSDO. I didn't crono because last weekend it was shooting at 275 +/- 4 so I figured it would be fine. After 1 game I noticed I was shooting a bit low so I went to the crono and I was shooting at 220.

Was this due to over lubing the bolt, or does the hyper II go down after periods of time or what?

did you lube it after playing with it last weekend? because if you did it is most likely due to the lube

I figured it was due to the lube, but is that a sign of too much lube, or just the regulator?

too much lube. also, my gun has been known to be shooting around 280, and the week after, lubing it the same amount, it would shoot 220. i say just turn the velocity up, and lube less, not much is needed, and too much lube can be bad, as this case indicates i guess. when you lube it again, if you dont take off hte old lube, it jsut adds up. so u might be doing it the same amount every time, but there also might be a build up

Relubed the bolt today, had no air though. I'll mess around with some paint this week and see what happens.

FSDO doesn't really bother me that much, just the low reg got me. I laned someone off the break and a ball bounced off their lense. I was pissed.
