I just got my new blue/black fade Proto at the local field today. I got a few questions....

1. What bolt should i get for it.
2. Anything I should do before I play with it for the first time.
3. Besides lubing the bolt with slick honey anything else I should do after I play
4. Any other tips of advise that may come in handy.

If you want one, orange bolt.

Chrono it to make sure it's shooting above 250, my DM5 came shooting kinda low.

Just wipe it off and it should be fine, lube the regs when you need to.

Go mow some fools with it, you won't be dissapointed.

Thanks. I was firing in my back yard and I started to notice massive shootdown, does that mean the bolt or the reg needs lubing??

Set the regs, it could be too much lube on the bolt.

Did you get it new or used? If it's used you might wanna lube the regs.

how much air did u have in ur tank? could be ur dwell is too low. or maybe ur bolt has too much lube

Set the regs...always seems to be the problem with proto when their shootdown is off the wall...

Umm how exactally do you set the regs correctly? Don't you gass it up and turn the reg till it cocks then another full turn?

I lubed the reg so its all better.

Look into getting Musashi before a better trigger, its not that much more expensive and will make the gun much faster than just a new trigger.

Plus the settings make the Proto more fun to mess around with.
