Can you get an aftermarket feedneck that sits low for the Dm4? Or are they just for the Dm5 and 6? Also, how to I get my Dm4's feednecl off?

Use either a lighter or a hair dryer and melt the loc-tite.

I don't think you can get a lower feedneck without milling your gun.
