okay so i cant turn on my gun and this is the story

yesterday, the battery were dead in my gun so i replaced it.i took off the grips and put a brand new out of the package 9 volt in. I put the grips back on and what do you know, it won't flipping turn on. So i reopen the grips and check out whats the dealio. I keep the battery connected and hold it outside of the gun, see if the wire is broken or something but thats not it. So i disconnect the battery and reconnect it. Yay, it lives! so i put the grips back on and attempt to boot it up.

NOT WORKING AGAIN, so now im totally frustrated

i open the grips and keep the battery connected but out of the gun so i can see what the dealio is. i notice that it wont ever stay on when its inside the place where you put down the battery and when its outside the gun it turns on like every 1 in 5 ot 6 times. i think either a wire is broken, or the membrane pad is broken. but what the heck do i do about it!?!?

please please please help, i really want to get a chance to shoot this gun this friday with my friends so i can own them all :P jk but i do really want to bring it and play. i havnt really gotten to play with it

maybe a crimped battery wire.... i dont know if that can happen with electronic wires..... worth a try though. Adjust how you're putting it in. That's all I can get from it.

You probbaly have a broken battery harness which is common.

check the harness, if its broken and you have some skills fix it yourself, otherwise buy a new one.

For a problem like that it really wouldn`t be worth it.
The battery harness if im correct is the little connector you put on the battery to secure it. Youd would just need to buy the setup again
Probably not that expensive at all. Check on pbn or something?

the harness i'm talking about is the one that connects to the board, check the connections there. If you still dont know what i mean send it to dye. It's probably not the membrane pad because with those it is usually all or nothing, not a sometimes work sometimes doesnt.
