So I have finally saved up to buy myself a new PM6. As I was looking through all the colors I was wondering which colors you all liked. And which would look good with a new 14" Ul Barrel of a good color to go along with it.

Am i kinda bragging?

Well even if I kinda am insight would be appreciated on how to pimp my gun!

i saw a blue to black fade once, it was purty hawt. or you could go pink to yellow

Don't do Olive! I want mine to stay relatively unique on PBF

Cobalt, Black, and Silver are pretty nice. Red is okay too. I don't like any of the fades.

Yeah same. My dm4 was a fade and I didn't really like it that much.

I say either olive or cobalt. I like cobalt more than olive though.
But it's not like if you pick one you won't like it, you know what I mean?

Yea i'm sure I will love it no matter what. I think i'm gonna go with cobalt since I haven't seen too many around, but i wish they made a cobalt colored barrel so when I upgrade later it will all still match. Any suggestions?

Ok now that I have decided on color I wanted to ask if anyone could tell me what I need to do to keep my proto in top condition.

Is it true that they are very hard to maintain?

No, they're extremely easy to maintain. Every couple times you play, you just lube the bolt assembly (just slide it out, dissassemble the four pieces, lube all o-rings, reassemble and slide right back in, takes about 5 minutes tops). Every 10-20 cases or something, lube/rebuild the regulators.

I'm not ashamed. . . I happened to post on my store's forums about them having any in stock and this came up.

Yea I noticed that the fades are kinda lame. . .

Only one I would consider is the black to blue.
